GooseGolf App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the GooseGolf mobile app (iOS and Android) app operated by ALLOWIN SYSTEM, a French SARL registered under SIREN 391 850 518, SIRET 391 850 518 00039, VAT FR30391850518, RCS 391 850 518 R.C.S. Paris. Our registered address is Les Arcades Escalier C, 76-78 avenue des Champs Elysees, 75008 Paris, France.

The App

GooseGolf is provided as a companion app for GooseGolf physical golf training products. You need a valid GooseGolf product code to activate the app. Product codes are included with physical products sold through channels such as Shopify and Amazon.

Product codes are not sold inside the app. GooseGolf does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions in V1.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account in the app from Profile > Account > Delete account.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the swing videos and recordings you create with the app ("Your Content"). Most analysis runs on your device. When you submit a swing through the Coaching feature, you grant ALLOWIN SYSTEM a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process that swing solely to provide the Coaching service to you, including letting the assigned coach review and annotate it. This license ends when you delete the submission, except for backup copies kept for a limited time or records we must retain by law.

We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising. You confirm you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. Do not record other people without their consent. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Safe Use

You are responsible for using GooseGolf physical products safely. Use the product only where you have enough space, where conditions are safe, and where your swing will not harm people, animals, property, or yourself.

Stop using the product if you feel pain, discomfort, dizziness, or unsafe conditions. The app does not replace professional medical advice, health advice, or in-person coaching.

Training Feedback

GooseGolf provides sports training feedback for informational purposes only. Swing analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. You remain responsible for deciding how to practice and whether any exercise or swing change is appropriate for you.

Coaching

Coaching lets human coaches review swings you choose to submit, subject to available coaching credits. When you submit a swing, it is uploaded to our cloud storage so a coach can review it and return feedback. Coaching feedback is for general instructional purposes only and is not professional, medical, or fitness advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Availability, credits, and turnaround times may change.

Ownership

The app, software, design, text, media, trademarks, and other content are owned by ALLOWIN SYSTEM or licensed to it. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or distribute the app except as allowed by law or by these terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the app, attempt to bypass activation, share or sell product codes without authorization, interfere with Firebase or other services, or use the app in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. The V1 app is intended for availability in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, ALLOWIN SYSTEM disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ALLOWIN SYSTEM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal training decisions, or injuries related to unsafe use of physical products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. If you are a consumer in the United States, Canada, or Europe, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the law of your country or state of residence.
