30-Day Return Policy
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Partial refunds may apply to items that are: not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirming receipt and indicating whether your refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you'll receive a gift credit. If not, the refund is sent to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or insurance.
