These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made on goosegolf.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, our Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy.
1. Seller
Products sold on goosegolf.com are sold by ALLOWIN SYSTEM, French SARL with €7,622.45 share capital, SIREN 391 850 518, VAT FR30391850518, registered office at Les Arcades Escalier C, 76-78 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, and prices accurately. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings. We do not warrant that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or to refuse any order.
3. Prices
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD), excluding any applicable duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient (see Shipping Policy). Prices may change without notice; the price applied to your order is the one displayed at the time you submit the order.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email after payment is successfully processed. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for: stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping addresses outside our delivery zone (United States only).
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.). Payment is processed by our payment provider (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). Credit card information is encrypted during transmission and never stored on our servers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, zones, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier; however, we assist with any claim in case of loss, damage, or significant delay.
7. Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Conditions and procedure are detailed in our Refund Policy.
8. Warranty
Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for the duration provided by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Misuse, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by accident or improper handling are excluded.
9. Title
Ownership of the product transfers to you upon full payment and delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, carrier strikes, government actions).
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.
