These Terms of Sale govern every purchase made on goosegolf.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, our Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy.
1. Seller
Products sold on goosegolf.com are sold by ALLOWIN SYSTEM, French SARL with €7,622.45 share capital, SIREN 391 850 518, VAT FR30391850518, registered office at Les Arcades Escalier C, 76-78 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, and prices accurately. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings. We do not warrant that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or to refuse any order.
3. Prices
Prices are shown, and charged, in the currency displayed on the Site and at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are paid by us: you never pay them on delivery (see Shipping Policy). Prices may change without notice; the price applied to your order is the one displayed at the time you submit the order.
4. Orders
Placing an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email after payment is successfully processed. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for: stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping addresses outside our delivery zones (see Shipping Policy). For pre-orders, the expected shipping date is shown on the product page, and you can cancel at any time before shipping for a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.). Payment is processed by our payment provider (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). Credit card information is encrypted during transmission and never stored on our servers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, zones, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when you, or a person you designate, take physical possession of the products. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we make it right.
7. Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of any item, for any reason (gift cards excluded). Return shipping is at your expense. For consumers in the EU and the UK, this period includes the 14-day legal right of withdrawal. Procedure and withdrawal form: see our Refund Policy.
8. Warranty
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantees that apply in their country. For consumers in the EU, this includes the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). To use them, contact info@goosegolf.com. Misuse, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by accident or improper handling are not covered.
9. Title
Ownership of the product transfers to you upon full payment and delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, in particular for consumers, for personal injury, gross negligence or fraud.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, carrier strikes, government actions).
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under your local law. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
